Member Program Terms and Conditions
For XPower's (King International Trading Co., Ltd.) member program, please read the member program terms and conditions carefully. If you register to become a member of this program, you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not participate in this member program. This member program is not intended or designed for use by anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may only use this member program under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms of use. How to Apply for Membership 1 To become a member of the "Xpower King" top-up membership program, applicants must provide correct basic personal information and top up to a specific amount through the link on www.power.com.hk to become a King member. After successful application, the applicant (must be over 18 years old) will receive an electronic member account and will not be issued any physical membership card. 2 Customers only need to log in when shopping to use the top-up amount during payment. 3. To facilitate members' access to offers and promotional information, when registering as a member, you must provide complete and accurate "personal information", including but not limited to name, mobile number, email address, and mailing address. 4 Each member can only use one account and top-up. If you lose your password, you can apply to reset it on the "Forgot Password" page. 5 You guarantee and declare that the information provided on the application form is true, correct, and complete. 6 To the extent permitted by law, the company will not be liable for any claims, demands, liabilities, or lawsuits arising from the customer or member's omission, negligence, and/or failure to provide us with their latest information, or due to the accuracy and completeness of such information. "Xpower" has the absolute discretion to refuse and/or revoke the membership application of any applicant or member, and to terminate and/or cancel the membership of any member for any reason without any compensation..

General Terms and Conditions 1. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, member rewards, or to terminate, restrict, suspend, revoke, or change member benefits or the member program at any time without prior notice. Members can check the latest version of the terms and conditions on the mobile application. If the Company suspects that any individual (whether a member or not) is abusing the Company's membership system, including points, member benefits, and this program, in addition to other legal remedies, the Company has the right to suspend or refuse to accumulate points, redeem gifts, offers or services, or participation in any activities of this program before investigating the incident. The Company has the final decision on the suspension or termination of membership. 2. If the Company believes that a member abuses their rights, fails to comply with any terms or conditions, or makes any false statements to the Company, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate the member's membership, and to withdraw or forfeit all points obtained and redeemed by that member or to require the member to account for the benefits they have redeemed. In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision. Personal Data Collection Statement The Company is committed to keeping the personal data you provide in this application form confidential. To ensure you make informed decisions and confidently provide us with your personal data, we outline our usual practices in this notice and the choices you have in the collection and use of your personal data. 1. Categories of Personal Data Collected The categories of personal data we collect from you will vary depending on the services and products you request or the types of services and products we provide to you for the purposes listed in paragraph 2 of this statement. The personal data you may need to provide includes but is not limited to: 1. Your name, gender, age group, birth month, mailing address; 2. Contact information, including but not limited to phone number and email address; 2. Purposes of Personal Data Collection We may use your personal data to provide you with the services and products you request. The purposes for which we collect personal data include but are not limited to: 1. Providing products, services, and maintenance; 2. Using various types of membership or other reward programs. The Company and its appointed suppliers for the member program need to use the personal data provided by members in their daily operations, including issuing rewards and providing offers. Personal data may also be used for research, program development, and providing members with news and information. If a member fails to provide or update personal data in a timely manner, the Company and its appointed suppliers for the member program may not be able to provide you with membership and other related offers. We will not disclose your personal data to third parties for direct marketing purposes without your consent.
《XPower Shopping Credit Instructions》
Consumption Reward Points: Spend HK$200 and receive 5 points
Offsetting Consumption Amount: Each point can offset HK$1 of the consumption amount
New Member Exclusive: New members and first-time shoppers automatically receive HK$20 shopping credit.
Member Exclusive Birthday Gift: Members receive an exclusive HK$30 shopping credit! This will be directly deposited into active member accounts on their birthday. The validity period ends 30 days after issuance, and the system will automatically deduct it from the account upon expiration.
Shopping Credit Usage Instructions: A single order must reach HK$100 in consumption to use shopping credit (customers can set the offsetting amount themselves)
*Please note, if the company finds that a member's order does not meet the eligibility requirements for shopping credit usage, we will cancel the order and issue a refund, but any shopping credit already used will not be returned.
The system will automatically calculate the shopping credit available for this transaction, and you can enter the actual amount you wish to use. After completing the order, the actual amount offset by shopping credit will be displayed. Shopping credit will be directly deposited into the member account upon issuance. You can check it under "My Account" > "Store Shopping Credit".
Terms and Conditions
Consumption Reward Member Points: Members who shop on the official XPower website will receive 5 member points for every HK$200 spent based on the actual payment amount of the product. Decimal points are not included in the reward and cannot be accumulated or combined with future orders.
Member points are calculated based on the actual payment amount (excluding shipping fees). Any amounts offset by discount activities, coupons, or bonus points will not be further calculated for point rewards.
If the order meets the discount criteria, the system will automatically calculate and display the available member points on the checkout page. Please select the offsetting amount yourself. Consumers must pay attention before checkout.
The system will change the order status to "Completed" 7-14 days after the order is received. When the order status is "Completed", the system will automatically send member points to the member account. If the order is canceled or a return occurs during the period, no points will be issued.
Consumption reward points expire on December 31st of each year. Other points are subject to the respective activity rules; if points are not used by the expiration date, the system will automatically deduct them from the account upon expiration.
Member points are for reward purposes, are non-transferable between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash or converted into cash. This website reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the validity period of bonus points at any time.
Offsetting Consumption Amount: Each member point can offset HK$1 of existing shopping credit.
If member points are used to offset consumption and an order is returned, the points cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, or refunded; if member points are used to offset consumption and an order is canceled, the points will be automatically returned, but the validity period will not be extended.
Others:
Member points can be checked under "My Account > Member Points" to view existing member points and their validity period. The points should be based on the actual usable points in the account. (If there are point discrepancies due to different point activation, offsetting times, or data update processing, the actual usable points in the account shall prevail.)
Different member accounts cannot accumulate member points jointly and cannot be transferred to other member accounts.
Member points and shopping credit cannot be used for early bird pre-order products.
Member points and shopping credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Company has the sole discretion to determine eligibility for the XPower Member Benefits Program. In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision.
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, change or terminate the member program at any time without prior notice.
