Return Policy

XPower does not offer returns. Exchange items can only be exchanged for the same item.

It must be used without opening, or for damage or malfunction caused by non-artificial defects, and keep the complete original packaging (including the outer packaging carton) and receipt, otherwise no exchange will be accepted.



Please note: Any maintenance must keep the original purchase receipt or online order record, and it must be carried within three months to one year from the date of purchase* (each product is different, according to the warranty period on the product package) With the receipt or display the relevant online order records to our Kwai Hing Repair Center for testing and replacement. If there is no purchase receipt or related online order records, the company has the right to charge related maintenance fees, and the company reserves the right to make all arrangements and make the final decision.

When receiving the goods, the customer must check whether the ordered goods are damaged and stored. If the ordered products are found to be damaged, they should immediately notify the replacement of the goods. Once XPower has investigated and verified, an exchange will be arranged. If the requested replacement product has been sold out, XPower will replace it with another product of the same type. The company reserves the right to make all arrangements and make the final decision.

Exchanges cannot be accepted in the following situations:

The product has been opened for use, or damage caused by human factors, such as: contamination, failure, damage, abrasion, abrasion, scratching, dirt, cracking, impact, etc. Or misuse such as: wrong connection of the power supply, and the penetration of water and dirt into the product, resulting in damage to the product or natural disasters resulting in damage to the product.

The packaging of the replacement product is damaged and incomplete, or the receipt or accessories are not complete, malicious or large-scale replacement, or application for replacement due to personal factors.
