Customer need to ensure that the delivery address is correct, and the goods cannot be returned once they are sent. Before dispatching your purchased goods, we may need to confirm your personal information. Under normal circumstances, the delivery time of our store is arranged within 7 working days after confirming the acceptance of the order. If the Customer confirms the order during the statutory public holiday, the order processing time may be more than 7 working days. After the order are sent by mail, all parcels will be sent via Hong Kong Post. Customer must bear the risk of mailing if any shippment via Hong Kong Post and we will not process any compensation if lost mail.
Delivery Service
As long as you purchase any XPower product over $300, we will free upgrade to residential delivery tracking or SF Station/smart cabinet delivery for free (the delivery method is specified by XPower): Please select <Surface Mail> and enter the smart cabinet information on the address, xpower will automatically upgrade the registered or SF station according to the input address
For orders under $400, the following shipping costs will be charged:
1. Local Residential Delivery Tracking – HKD$30
2. SF Station / SF Smart Cabinet Self-Pickup – HKD$30
3. SF Express (Industrial and Commercial Address) – HKD$30
4. SF Express (residential address) – HKD$50 (Except Remote Areas)
For overseas orders, regardless of the amount, the following freight will be charged:
Overseas mailing – HKD$350
Delivery Method
1. XPower Self Pick up
(a) We will inform you within 1 to 2 working days after the order is confirmed.
(b) Please pick up the order within 14 days after we informed. If you exceed 14 days , the order will be cancelled and no refund arrangement will be provided.
Tips for self-collection: Please bring your own shopping bags to support environmental protection.
